Sesame Protein Pancake Debut
Sesame Protein Pancake — egg white, corn oil and powdered sugar, baked until light, fluffy and golden. Follow the steps for the best results.
Instructions
- 1

Add the sugar to the egg whites and stir evenly (no need to whip), sift in the low-gluten flour and mix well, add the sesame, then add the corn oil and gently stir to combine.
- 2

Pour into a 40*30 non-stick baking pan, and use a spatula to spread it as evenly as possible.
- 3

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- 4

Bake until the surface is set, take it out, flip it over, and put it back in the oven to bake.
- 5

After entering the oven, continue baking at 130°C to develop color (you can use residual heat to braise it if the oven is turned off).
- 6

Cut into small pieces with scissors while fresh from the oven (it will break when cut after cooling).
- 7

If not fully baked, it can be returned to the oven for low-temperature baking.
