Minced pork and yam cubes stir-fried with scallion, then simmered with tofu and finished with shepherd's purse, sesame oil, and pepper.
Instructions
- 1

Ingredients: Shepherd's purse, iron stick yam, tenderloin, tofu
- 2

Cut the Chinese yam into cubes, cut the tenderloin into small pieces, and chop the green onions.
- 3

Heat oil in a wok, add the diced tenderloin and diced yam along with the scallions, stir-fry until the meat turns white, then add some yellow wine.
- 4

Add boiling water
- 5

Chop the shepherd's purse here
- 6

Cut the tofu into small cubes, season, add salt, and cook until flavored.
- 7

Sprinkle in the chopped shepherd's purse
- 8

Turn off the heat, stir well, drizzle in a little sesame oil, and sprinkle some pepper, and it's ready.
- 9

For the finished dish, I didn't use a thickening sauce, because the yam can naturally thicken it!
- 10

Finished product, fragrant and smooth!
