Shrimp Stir-Fried Rice Noodles
Soaked rice noodles are stir-fried with plump shrimp, scrambled egg, cabbage, carrot, and mushrooms, tossed in a savory sauce for a springy, full-flavored one-wok meal.
Instructions
- 1

Take a pot, add water and bring it to a boil, pour in a little oil, and put in the rice noodles to soak. After about 2 minutes, remove the rice noodles to drain the water, put them into a bowl, cover with a lid, and continue to heat with the residual heat for 3 minutes.
- 2

Use the heated gap to shred the cabbage, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and pork, cut the green onions into sections, and wash the shrimp for later use.
- 3

Take another pan, add oil and heat it, beat the eggs evenly and stir-fry in the pan until they form, then scoop them out and set aside.
- 4

Add napa cabbage, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, pork, and shrimp and stir-fry until cooked, then pour in rice noodles and stir-fry with dark soy sauce.
- 5

Then add the eggs and chopped green onions, pour in the oyster sauce and salt, stir-fry evenly, and then it can be taken out and plated.
