Simple Beef Steak Burger
An easy homemade burger stacking a pepper-crusted pan-seared steak and crisp lettuce on a soft bun with creamy dressing for a juicy, hearty, no-fuss meal.
Instructions
- 1
After the steak is thawed, sprinkle black pepper on both sides and marinate for a period of time (1 hour or overnight is fine).
- 2
Wash the lettuce and set it aside.
- 3
Pan-fry the marinated steak over low heat until it changes color.
- 4
Serve and set aside.
- 5
Place the cooked steak on the hamburger bun, then put the lettuce leaves on top, finally spread salad dressing on the lettuce leaves, and cover with the hamburger bun.
- 6
Place the assembled burger in the microwave and heat on medium for 2 minutes before eating.
