Simple Country-Style Soy Sauce Pickled Chili
Whole clean chilies are simply covered with soy sauce in a glass jar and left to steep, a no-fuss farmhouse method delivering salty, savory heat.
Instructions
- 1

Select the chili peppers you bought (make sure there are no rotten ones!), wash them, and let them dry in a ventilated place!!
- 2

This is the soy sauce I prepared, because the flavor of this soy sauce is good when used for marinating and eating!!
- 3

Put the chili peppers into the previously prepared glass jar, then pour in soy sauce to soak them (just enough to cover the chili peppers!)!!
- 4

After completing all the above steps, put the glass jar with the soaked chili in a cool place out of direct sunlight for a week, and it will be ready to eat!!!
- 5

I've been marinating this for three weeks!! Look at what I've marinated!! Are you drooling yet? Darling, hurry up and make some too!!
