Simple homemade quick dish, mixed vegetables
Sliced baby mustard stems are salted, briefly blanched and dressed with soy sauce, sesame oil and raw ginger, a ten-minute homestyle side built for busy weeknights.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2

Peel the old roots of the choy sum, wash them clean, and then slice them.
- 3

Finely chop the ginger. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of salt over the sliced cabbage, mix well, let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain all the water.
- 4

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
- 5

Pour the baby cabbage into boiling water for 1 minute, then remove and plate it.
- 6

Mince the ginger and put it into a container, then add 2 tablespoons of Weidamei original brewed soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of Weidamei aromatic rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of Scallion Companion chili sauce.
- 7

After heating the small pot, pour in the cooking oil and heat it, then pour it into the prepared seasoning sauce and stir evenly.
- 8

Finally, pour it over the baby cabbage and sprinkle with pine nuts, then it is ready to enjoy—crisp and refreshing, with a delicious taste.
