Simple Version Tofu Pudding Exclusive
Shortcut savory tofu pudding topping silky lactone tofu with a hearty sauce of minced pork, mushroom, wood ear, and daylily for a breakfast classic made easy.
Instructions
- 1

Ingredients needed: silken tofu, minced meat, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, daylily, cilantro, and green onions.
- 2

Soak the shiitake mushrooms, black fungus, and daylily in advance (I used dried ones), wash and chop them, and chop the green onions.
- 3

When the oil is hot, add the minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color, sprinkle a little cooking wine, and add chopped green onions to stir-fry until fragrant.
- 4

Add the other side ingredients and stir-fry.
- 5

Fragrant.
- 6

2–3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 7

Add an appropriate amount of water (depending on how many people are eating at home) and half a spoon of dark soy sauce.
- 8

Half a small spoon of oyster sauce.
- 9

Half a spoon of beef powder, boil on high heat for 1-2 minutes.
- 10

Add the water-starch mixture to thicken the sauce.
- 11

Once it becomes thick and sticky, you can turn off the heat.
- 12

Take another bowl and place the silken tofu into the bowl. Silken tofu does not need to be heated; just take it out of the refrigerator the night before and let it come to room temperature.
- 13

The tofu with fat in the box is basically enough for two people to eat.
- 14

Pour the braising sauce into a bowl.
- 15

Just add cilantro, minced garlic, and chili oil. (Because I currently can't eat spicy food, and I need to go out after eating, I didn't add minced garlic and chili oil).
- 16

Completed.
