Sir's debut~ Stir-fried bread flowers
A clever leftover revival: dice of day-old mantou stir-fried with scrambled egg, scallion, and chili until golden and crisp outside yet chewy within, rustic, savory breakfast comfort.
Instructions
- 1

To make stir-fried steamed bread, you need to use leftover steamed buns. Overnight buns are best, as fresh buns are too soft, hard to cut, and don't taste good when fried.
- 2

Cut the steamed bun into cubes.
- 3

Chop the green onion into bits.
- 4

Cut the chili peppers into small sections. Those who like spicy food can use bird's eye chilies, while those who can't handle spiciness can choose bell peppers.
- 5

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little less than half a teaspoon of salt and a spoonful of cooking wine, and beat them with chopsticks.
- 6

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the beaten eggs when the oil is hot, stir-fry until cooked, and then remove.
- 7

Add oil to the pot, and when the oil is hot, add chopped green onions, chili peppers, and five-spice powder, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 8

Put in the steamed bun.
- 9

Stir-fry slowly over low heat, heating the steamed bread pieces until the surface changes color.
- 10

Add the fried eggs, a spoon of salt, half a spoon of Knorr original flavor seasoning, stir-fry evenly and serve.
- 11

Fragrant
- 12

You can also add diced ham, diced vegetables, shrimp, and other ingredients that don't release water, and the taste is also good.
