Snack Platter
Scored chicken wings, potato chunks and crispy sausages are marinated overnight in garlicky air-fryer seasoning, then cooked into a golden, crunchy mixed snack platter.
Instructions
- 1
Prepare the ingredients: wash the chicken wings and make two cuts on each side, peel and chop the potatoes, make a few cuts on the surface of the two crispy sausages, and cut the other two into pieces for later use.
- 2
Prepare the air fryer seasoning; I chose garlic flavor, pour it into a bowl, add 50 grams of water, and stir evenly.
- 3
Pour the ingredients into the seasonings and mix evenly.
- 4
The bowl is too small, use a basin instead, mix all the ingredients evenly, and it’s best to marinate in the refrigerator overnight. If time is limited, you should marinate for at least more than an hour to make it more flavorful.
- 5
The marinated ingredients are coated with the marinade on the surface and placed in the air fryer.

Degree, 20 minutes.
