Soft and Glutinous Mustard Greens Casserole Exclusive
A hearty claypot stew of mustard greens, sweet potato, meatballs and fried tofu, simmered until tender and sweet, Hakka-style comfort food for cold days.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients. The mustard stem is the stem of the large mustard plant, without leaves.
- 2

Clean the clay pot, then put the washed and cut mustard greens, sweet potatoes, meatballs, and fried tofu into the clay pot.
- 3

Pour in clear water, not too much, just up to half the level of the ingredients. After cooking, the ingredients will release water. Add a spoonful of cooking oil.
- 4

The clay pot must be heated over low heat first. Once the water boils, you can slightly increase the heat. After the water boils, use a spoon to scoop the fish into the pot spoon by spoon, cover it with a lid, and cook, stirring occasionally. When the mustard greens have softened and the other ingredients are cooked, add a little salt for seasoning and it can be served.
