Sole Fish Burger Launch
Sole Fish Burger Launch made with bread, sole fish and ham sausage, steamed until golden and fragrant. A great choice for family gatherings or a weekend treat.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients: wash the lettuce thoroughly, peel and wash the carrots, use cooked corn kernels, clean the sole fish and cut into strips.
- 2

Peel and wash the green onions, ginger, and garlic, then cut them into thin strips. Mince the garlic, and sprinkle the green onion and ginger strips over the sole fish. Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.
- 3

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, add most of the prepared minced garlic, and stir-fry until the garlic is fragrant, leaving a little minced garlic to add when serving. Add a little salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir well, then finally add the remaining minced garlic and stir well.
- 4

Take out the marinated sole, pour out the broth and shredded scallions and ginger, then sprinkle some more shredded scallions and ginger, place the sole on top, and sprinkle a bit more scallions and ginger on the surface. Pour over the sautéed garlic, then add an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce, which can be omitted if unavailable. Steam for 10 minutes once the water is boiling, and set aside when done.
- 5

Cut the bread in half without cutting all the way through, place a lettuce leaf on it, and spread a little cucumber puree burger sauce on the bottom.
- 6
Place carrot slices on both sides, then add a suitable amount of steamed sole fish strips, sprinkle with corn kernels, and spread cucumber puree hamburger sauce on top. This hamburger is prepared for my little girl. Actually, hamburgers don’t have fixed ingredients; you can put whatever you like in them.
- 7

Additionally, I also made a ham and egg burger for the little foodie cat. The egg was fried and cut into strips. The method is the same as the previous burger, only the ingredients are different. Kids who love meat really like this one.

Finally, just pour the sweet and sour cucumber hamburger sauce over the burger, and it's ready! For breakfast, you can pair it with milk or coffee, both of which are good choices. Delicious, nourishing, and won't make you gain weight.
