Soup with pork bones and tea tree mushrooms
A clean, earthy soup pressure-cooked with blanched pork bones and tea tree mushrooms in water for fifteen minutes, seasoned with only salt for pure flavor.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients: soup bones, tea tree mushrooms.
- 2

Clean the tea tree mushrooms and set aside, blanch the soup bones, then remove and clean them, set aside.
- 3

Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker with four bowls of water, cover with the lid, bring to high heat until it starts to release steam, then reduce to medium-low heat and cook for fifteen minutes. Turn off the heat, add salt to taste (I basically don’t add MSG or chicken essence, but friends who like it can add a little).

The stewed bak kut teh with tree mushrooms is delicious and nutritious.
