Sour and Crispy Radish Peel
Peels stripped from a white radish sit in sweetened vinegar for a day, emerging crisp and mouth-puckering with hardly any hands-on work.
Instructions
- 1

Clean the white radish thoroughly
- 2

Peel off the skin and put it into a container.
- 3

Add a little sugar, and if you like a sweeter taste, you can add a bit more.
- 4

Pour in the balsamic vinegar. If you are afraid of sourness, you can replace one-third of the vinegar with cooled boiled water.
- 5

The amount of vinegar should be enough to soak all the radish peels.
- 6

Cover it with a lid, and it can be eaten after soaking for a day.
