South African colorful pear jelly
Ripe pear juice and starch cooked into a glossy jelly, chilled until firm and quivering, then cut into cool, fruit-forward cubes with a silky, slippery finish.
Instructions
- 1
Making South African pear jelly: Peel the pear and cut it into cubes.
- 2
Put it into the pot, add water and sugar, bring it to a boil over high heat, then add the white jelly powder and stir evenly.
- 3
After boiling again, remove from heat and pour into the mold to wait for solidification.
- 4
Thinly slice the rainbow pear and soak it in salt water for later use.
- 5
After the pear jelly has set, unmold and cut it into pieces, place them into the finished cups, scoop out the pear slices from the brine and drain the water, skewer them, and place them on top as a decoration.
- 6
Making apple tea: slice the apples and put them into a container.
- 7
Place the tea bag in, pour in 1500ml of water, and seal it in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours.
- 8
Take out the cold-brewed apple tea.
- 9
First, put the apple slices into the finished cup, then add an appropriate amount of ice.
- 10
Then pour in the tea, and decorate with half an apple and some pepper leaves.
