Soy Sauce Aspic
Steamed pork skin sets into a wobbly, crystal-clear aspic enriched with soy sauce. Sliced thin and dressed to taste, each piece bounces between silky and springy.
Instructions
- 1

Prepared shredded pork skin (the process will not be elaborated, it has been introduced many times before).
- 2

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and steam over a water bath for 50 minutes, then remove.
- 3

After adding an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and mixing evenly, place it in a cool place or refrigerate until it solidifies.
- 4

Wash the small flowers used for decoration and set them aside.
- 5

Cut the pig skin jelly into large pieces of uniform thickness and arrange them on a plate, garnish with small yellow flowers, which makes it visually appealing with a chewy texture, and pour the sauce over it.
