Soy sauce flavored peanut cookies
Soy sauce flavored peanut cookies made with low-gluten flour, crushed peanuts and peanut oil, baked until golden and crisp.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare ingredients: 150g peanut oil, 400g low-gluten flour, 50g crushed peanuts, 6g baking soda, 12g June Fresh, a pinch of salt, honey, 50ml dark soy sauce (old soy sauce), 50ml water.
- 2

Pour 150 grams of peanut oil into the mixing bowl.
- 3

Pour in 50 milliliters of dark soy sauce (12 grams of lightly salted honey braised soy sauce from June Fresh).
- 4

Dissolve a small amount of baking soda with 50 grams of water.
- 5

Stir the soy sauce and peanut oil together until fully blended.
- 6

Pour the dissolved baking soda water into the mixing bowl.
- 7

Stir evenly, so that the baking soda can mix with the flour more uniformly.
- 8

Pour in 400 grams of sifted low-gluten flour.
- 9

Add 50 grams of crushed peanuts.
- 10

Toss all the ingredients together until there is no dry powder and you can knead it into a dough.
- 11

Take 15 grams of dough to shape into your favorite form. Personally, I'm a bit lazy, so I just made the simplest ordinary shapes, which are convenient to eat in one bite.
- 12

Place the well-shaped cookies on a baking tray, bake in the oven at 170℃ for 20 minutes, then take them out and let them cool.
- 13

A bite, and it crumbles with a squeeze—super crispy and flaky.
