Soybeans coated with ketchup
Softened soybeans are cooked in a kettle through repeated boiling, then stirred together with ketchup into a playful, protein-rich snack.
Instructions
- 1

Select soybeans that are free of mold spots, damage, and wormholes. After a simple wash, soak the soybeans in clean water until they swell. Wash them again and then pour them into a kettle, adding water until it covers the surface of the soybeans.
- 2

Turn on the kettle and after boiling, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then add some cold water and continue boiling. Repeat the above process about 7-8 times until the soybean powder becomes soft.
- 3

Squeeze ketchup into the plate, pour in the soybeans and stir. Done.
