Special Dried Radish
Sun-dried radish strips are boiled until tender, then tossed with seasonings and aromatics. Soft yet chewy, it is a beloved down-home side.
Instructions

Soak the dried radish in clean water (this is radish that hasn't been salted, just dried) — it is radish cut into finger-thick strips and dried in the sun.
