Spicy and Sour Boneless Chicken Feet
Tender chicken feet are deboned by hand after chilling, then marinated with lemon, chili, onion, and cilantro in a bright spicy-sour dressing.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the chicken feet in clean water several times, put them in a pot of cold water and blanch, boil for ten minutes after the water starts boiling. Remove the foam, wash thoroughly, and clip off the nails.
- 2

Drain the water.
- 3

Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 40 minutes.
- 4

Manually deboning is too much trouble. One pound with 12 pieces takes about an hour, hahaha.
- 5

Cut the chili, onion, cilantro, and lemon, and put them into a large bowl. Put all the seasoning sauce into the large bowl.
- 6

Blanch the boneless chicken feet again.
- 7

Place the boneless chicken feet into a large bowl and mix evenly.
- 8

Add a little more cooled boiled water and marinate for 2 hours. Deliciousness is about to appear. If the taste is not enough, add more light soy sauce, vinegar, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
