Instructions
- 1
First, let's deal with the chicken legs. Wash three chicken drumsticks repeatedly, then add cooking wine and light soy sauce, shredded green onions, and shredded ginger, and mix well. Marinate for more than half an hour for better appearance, or you can put them in a sealed bag and marinate overnight.

Place the marinated chicken legs on a plate and put them into the steamer.
- 3
Set the electric steamer to the 'Quick Steam' mode and set the time to 20 minutes.
- 4
While steaming the chicken drumsticks, prepare a sauce by putting minced garlic, chili powder, and white sesame seeds into a bowl. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan until it smokes, then pour it into the bowl to release the aroma. Add a suitable amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white vinegar, salt, and sugar, and mix well to set aside.
- 5
When the time is up, take out the steamed chicken drumsticks and pour out the broth.
- 6
Prepare a bowl of ice water in advance. Immerse the steamed chicken drumsticks in the ice water while they are still hot. Once they have cooled completely, take them out, shred the meat into a bowl, add the prepared sauce, then add lemon slices and chopped cilantro, and mix evenly.
