Method: Choose a full, head cabbage for the Chinese cabbage, cut it in half with a knife, then cut it again to divide it into four parts.
- 3

Add an appropriate amount of clear water and salt, then put the Chinese cabbage into a container to marinate and draw out the moisture.
- 4

Occasionally turn it over to marinate more evenly.
- 5

The cabbage releases water when pickled, and the pickled cabbage has wilted. Rinse both sides to wash out the salt, then squeeze out the water.
- 6

Squeeze out excess water from the cabbage, drain it, and set aside.
- 7

Half a catty of finely ground chili powder, three taels of coarsely ground chili powder, set aside.
- 8

Boil a kettle of water in advance. Adding an appropriate amount of hot water to chili powder to make chili sauce removes the raw chili powder taste. Add an appropriate amount of hot water and mix well; it should be able to clump together when squeezed.
- 9

Add an appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour, add water, mix well, and keep stirring over medium-low heat until it becomes a yogurt-like paste.
- 10

Pour the cooked glutinous rice paste directly into the chili powder and stir evenly.
- 11

One onion, appropriate amount of ginger, one apple, one pear, cut into chunks, and an appropriate amount of garlic. Prepare the ingredients and set aside.
- 12

Apple pear, garlic, onion, put into a blender and grind into a paste.
- 13

Put the fruit and vegetable juice ingredients into a container and stir evenly.
- 14

Cut a bunch of chives into sections, grate one carrot, grate half a green radish, and set aside.
- 15

Shredded carrots, shredded green radish, and chives are placed in a container, add an appropriate amount of salt and sugar [if you like it sweet, you can add sugar accordingly].
- 16

Mix evenly and let it sit for half an hour to absorb more flavor.
- 17

Drain the water from the napa cabbage, and spread the chili paste layer by layer evenly.
- 18

Finish everything, put it into an airtight container, store it in the refrigerator to keep fresh, and it can be eaten the next day.
