Spicy Lump Noodle Strips Exclusive
Salt-pickled kohlrabi is rinsed, shredded fine, and squeezed dry before meeting garlic, vinegar, chili oil, and toasted sesame. Bright, salty, and crunchy, it wakes up the palate between richer dishes.
Instructions
- 1

Ingredients needed: pickled yellow turnips (sold at the market), garlic, MSG, soy sauce (forgot to take a photo), vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, sugar, and roasted sesame seeds.
- 2

The pickled yellow knobs bought at the vegetable market should be washed several times to clean them thoroughly.

- 5

Squeeze out the water.
- 6

Mince half a head of garlic and add it to the shredded dough.

4–5 tablespoons of rice vinegar.
- 11

A little sugar.
- 12

2-3 tablespoons of chili oil.
