Spicy Pepper Soup
A hearty Henan-style peppery soup thick with peanuts, kelp, vermicelli, and day lily, pressure-cooked for depth and finished with a spiced soup packet for its signature warming, tongue-tingling heat.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients: peanuts, kelp vermicelli, and dried daylilies soaked in advance, and one sausage.
- 2

Cut all the ingredients into strips or chunks
- 3

Cut the vermicelli into several pieces
- 4

Add water to the pressure cooker, first put in the peanuts, daylilies, and kelp to cook. Peanuts, daylilies, and kelp are not easy to cook until soft, so they need to be cooked in a pressure cooker with the valve on for 20 minutes first.
- 5

These are the spicy soup seasoning pack and vegetable pack bought from the supermarket.
- 6

Pour the seasoning packet into a bowl and stir it with cold water.
- 7

After the pressure cooker has cooked the peanuts, daylilies, and kelp, add the ham sausage and vermicelli to boil, then add the spicy soup seasoning and bring to a boil.
- 8

Spicy pepper soup is ready😄
