Spicy Stir-Fried Rice Cakes
Korean-inspired chewy rice cakes simmered until tender, then stir-fried with mushrooms and onions in a fiery-sweet chili sauce that coats every piece in glossy heat.
Instructions
- 1

Put the rice cakes into the pot and boil for about two minutes before taking them out. During the cooking process, be sure to stir constantly; otherwise, the rice cakes will stick to the bottom.
- 2

Rinse the cooked rice cakes in cold water.
- 3

Slice the shiitake mushrooms and onions. Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onions and diced shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 4

Put in the rice cake.
- 5

Add 1 spoon of chili sauce, mix evenly, making sure each piece of rice cake is coated with the chili sauce.
- 6

It's ready to be served!
- 7

Doesn't it look very appetizing!
