Spicy Tofu Soup
A fiery Korean-style soft tofu stew loaded with clams, minced pork, and silken tofu, seasoned with chili flakes and shrimp paste for a deeply savory, spicy broth.
Instructions
- 1

Soak the clams in salt water to let them expel sand.
- 2

Put the minced meat in a small bowl and mix it evenly with all the seasonings.
- 3

Heat a wok, add a little oil, stir-fry the minced meat until cooked, then lower the heat.
- 4

Add chili powder and stir-fry slowly.
- 5

Transfer the stir-fried minced meat into a clay pot, add water, and cook over medium heat. Use a spoon to thinly add spoonfuls, then place the silken tofu into the clay pot and bring to a boil.
- 6

After it comes to a boil, season with shrimp paste
- 7

After seasoning, add the clams. When the clams open their shells, add the egg yolk and cook for a little while. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and minced garlic, and it's ready to serve.
