Mix evenly by hand, adding salt layer by layer. After finishing the Chinese toon, let it sit for a day and then turn it over.

Try not to use too much salt, otherwise it will be bitter. Once pickled, it can be put in a jar or a convenient bag. It can be stored for four to five months. When Chinese toon is cheap every year, a lot will be pickled and saved for later to taste. It is usually stir-fried with eggs.
