Squeeze Pig Snow Mochi
Adorable pig-shaped snow-skin mochi tinted soft pink, with a stovetop-cooked chewy wrapper hugging airy whipped cream for a cool, pillowy, creamy-sweet dessert.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2

Pour all ingredients except for butter and light cream into a bowl, mix and stir until there are no lumps, then add a little pink edible coloring and mix evenly.
- 3

After straining the batter, pour it into the pot, heat over medium heat while stirring, until it forms clumps, then reduce to low heat and continue stirring.
- 4

Mix directly until the dough no longer sticks to the silicone spatula, then turn off the heat. While hot, add 15g of butter, and use the remaining heat to fold the dough and butter together. Once fully combined, transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until completely cooled.
- 5

After the dough has cooled, take it out and cut off a small piece. Add a little pink edible coloring, mix evenly, and then make pig ears, pig noses, and pig tails for later use.
- 6

Then divide the remaining dough into six portions, roll them into balls, and then roll them out into thin sheets for later use.
- 7

Cut the banana into small pieces and set aside, add an appropriate amount of granulated sugar to the light cream, whip until it reaches soft peaks, then put it into a piping bag.
- 8

Lay the dough into a round bowl, squeeze in a layer of light cream, and then add the banana.
- 9

Squeeze in the whipped cream and cover with bananas, then lift the dough and pinch it tightly toward the center.
- 10

You can just pinch off or cut away the excess dough at the closure, then place the plump little 'pig head' into a storage box.
- 11

Just dip in the sauce and attach the pig's nose, pig's ears, and pig's tail.
