Star Anise Pandan Powder Bread
Star Anise Pandan Powder Bread: bread flour, clear water and high sugar-tolerant yeast in a few quick steps, baked until golden and fragrant.
Instructions
- 1

Mix the ingredients for the sponge dough, knead into a dough, and refrigerate to ferment overnight.
- 2

Ingredients for the main dough: white sugar, salt, olive oil, pandan powder, high-sugar-tolerant yeast, bread flour, milk powder.
- 3

Cut the intermediate dough into pieces, and place it into the stand mixer together with bread flour, pandan powder, sugar, water, and high-sugar tolerant yeast for kneading.
- 4

When the flour forms a dough, add salt and continue kneading.
- 5

When the dough becomes smooth, add olive oil and continue kneading.
- 6

When the dough becomes smooth again and can be stretched into a firm thin film, shape the dough into a bowl and let it rest to ferment.
- 7

When the dough has doubled in size, take it out to release the air, divide it into dough portions of 80 grams each, and roll them into rounds. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
- 8

Degas again, shape into a ball, place into a star-shaped mold, and ferment at room temperature.
- 9

When the dough has risen to 1.5 times its original size, preheat the oven to 180°C for the top heat and 170°C for the bottom heat, bake for 18 minutes, and remove from the oven to cool when the surface is evenly colored.
- 10

The beautiful and fragrant bread is ready.
