Starch-Free Chicken Sausage
Homemade chicken sausage made purely from minced breast, carrot, and peas with no starch, yielding a bouncy, protein-rich bite for all ages.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare materials.
- 2

Cut the chicken breast into pieces, blanch the peas, and chop the carrot.
- 3

Put all the chicken and seasonings into the meat grinder.
- 4

Beat into a paste, add the grated carrot and beat for 1 minute.
- 5

The chicken releases gel and has a glossy appearance, and the meat paste clings to the spatula without easily falling off.
- 6

Add the peas and stir evenly with a spatula.
- 7

Put the minced meat into a piping bag, and clean and drain the sausage mold.
- 8

Press the minced meat into the mold, and you can either smooth the surface or shape it into an arc.
- 9

Cover the mold with the lid.
- 10

Place in a hot steamer, steam on high heat for 15 minutes, and pour out the drained juice after removing from the steamer.
- 11

Remove from the mold and it is ready to eat; the remaining minced meat can be squeezed back into the mold and steamed until cooked.
- 12

Savory and delicious.
- 13

There are also large pieces of peas and crushed carrots.
