Steamed Egg with Sweet Orange
A charming steamed custard served in a hollowed orange shell, blending strained egg, milk, juice and sugar for a silky, citrus-scented dessert.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients! Actually, one egg is enough, because there was a leftover egg yolk from cooking, so I decided to steam it together!
- 2

Beat the eggs and then strain them!
- 3

Cut the orange in half!
- 4

Hollow out the inside of the orange, and meanwhile squeeze some orange juice for later use!
- 5

Mix the milk, strained eggs, and orange juice together, then add a small amount of sugar and stir well! Only a small amount of milk is needed, otherwise it won't fit!
- 6

Pour the mixed juice into the scooped-out oranges, cover with plastic wrap, and then poke a few small holes in the plastic wrap!
- 7

Just steam over low heat for 5 minutes!
- 8

Finished product!
