Stir-fried Chinese chive flower with eggs
Tender garlic chive shoots meet fluffy scrambled eggs in a quick home-style stir-fry, lightly seasoned with soy sauce so the delicate oniony sweetness of the stems shines against soft, golden ribbons of egg.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the Chinese chive flower stalks clean.
- 2

First, cut the Chinese chive stems into sections, and crack the eggs into a bowl.
- 3

Add oil to the pan. Since we are stir-frying eggs, use slightly more oil than we normally use for cooking.
- 4

After the oil is hot, pour the beaten eggs into the wok and lightly stir-fry.
- 5

Add the chopped garlic shoots, a little salt, and light soy sauce.
- 6

Just stir-fry it briefly, and it's OK.
- 7

Stir-fried chives with eggs is ready!
