Stir-fried Cold Noodles with Garlic and Fermented Black Beans
Bouncy mung bean jelly cubes quickly stir-fried with aromatic garlic and fermented black bean sauce, absorbing a salty, savory punch while staying cool-tender and slippery inside.
Instructions
- 1

The cold jelly (made from peas) is cut into small pieces for better flavor absorption.
- 2

Ready-made garlic and black bean sauce.
- 3

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced green onions and garlic until fragrant. Add a spoonful of garlic black bean sauce and stir-fry evenly (the sauce is already salty, so aside from chili, other seasonings can be omitted).
- 4

Add the cold jelly noodles and stir-fry evenly with a little water.
- 5

Once the jelly noodles are flavorful, take them out of the pot and plate them, with a strong garlic and fermented bean aroma ✌~
