Stir-fried dried radish strips with pickles
Dried radish strips soak until supple, take on color from dark soy, and finish in a glossy mix of sugar, chili oil, and sesame.
Instructions
- 1
Take an appropriate amount of dried radish strips, rinse them with clean water, soak them for about twenty minutes, and they will be ready.
- 2
First soak the radish strips in dark soy sauce for ten minutes to give them color.
- 3
After being colored, aren't the carrot sticks looking much nicer? Hehe.
- 4
Add sugar, salt, MSG, light soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil (it's best to add some toasted white sesame seeds if you have them)
- 5
It's best to have more of the juice to soak the radish strips, and it's also best to mix the radish strips at night so they can be ready for breakfast the next morning. Radish strips that haven't been soaked in the seasoning for a long time have a raw radish taste, but they taste better after soaking. (Just some experience) Hehehe.
