Stir-fried Malan with Fresh Shrimp Exclusive
Whole shrimp, seared until their backs curl and blush, lend the sea's sweetness to earthy wild malan greens. A generous scatter of garlic at the end perfumes this quick, homely stir-fry.
Instructions
- 1

Pick and clean the Malantou (wild ramp) thoroughly.
- 2

Drain the water and set aside.
- 3

Cut the shrimp like this.
- 4

You can see that the black part is the shrimp's stomach; pick it out and throw it away, and finish processing all the shrimp.
- 5

Heat the pan with cold oil, and when the oil is hot, add the large shrimp.
- 6

Change color on both sides, add salt, and stir-fry evenly.
- 7

Raise the back and fry it for a bit.
- 8

Completely ripe.
- 9

Let the horses graze at the headland.
- 10

Stir-fry until the water celery is almost completely cooked through.
- 11

Mince the garlic.
- 12

Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for a few dozen times.
- 13

Finished product.
