Stir-fried Rice Cakes with Pickled Vegetables and Ham
Savory stir-fried rice cakes with golden-seared edges, tossed with sliced ham and tangy pickled vegetables in garlic-scented oil and a touch of oyster sauce; chewy, salty-sour comfort.
Instructions
- 1
Cook the rice cakes in boiling water until done, then take them out, and stir-fry them as soon as possible, otherwise they will stick together.
- 2
Sliced ham.
- 3
Heat the oil in a pan, then add the garlic cloves and chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
- 4
Put the rice cake in and pan-fry until the surface turns golden yellow.
- 5
Add the ham and stir-fry.
- 6
Add the pickled vegetables, season with an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry, then finally sprinkle in an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.
