Stir-fried Rice Cakes with Sliced Meat and Vegetables
Stir-fried rice cake slices tossed with velvety pork, crisp Shanghai greens, scallion, and red chili, keeping the cakes springy and chewy amid a savory, lightly spicy glaze.
Instructions
- 1

Slice the rice cake, cut the green onion into sections and slice the red chili, slice the lean meat and marinate with salt, and wash the Shanghai bok choy for later use.
- 2

After the water boils, put the rice cake slices into the boiling water to soften them, then remove and rinse them in cold water for later use.
- 3

Heat oil in a pan, then add Shanghai bok choy and stir-fry until cooked.
- 4

Add a small amount of oil to the pan, then stir-fry the meat slices coated with batter in the oil, and take them out!
- 5

Add a little oil to the pan, put in the chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the red chili peppers and stir-fry.
- 6

Pour in the rice cake slices that were just cooked.
- 7

Add the greens and slices of meat, and add a little salt and dark soy sauce for coloring and seasoning.
- 8

Add chicken powder at the very end before taking it off the heat. The stir-fried rice cakes with meat, vegetables, and staples are ready.
