Stir-fried Thin Noodles
Delicate misua noodles blanched, then wok-tossed with scrambled eggs, shrimp, bean sprouts, and onion in a soy-oyster glaze, springy, silky, and full of homey seafood flavor.
Instructions
- 1
Rinse the noodles with water.
- 2
Stir-fry the eggs and set them aside.
- 3
Scoop out a little bit of oil so it doesn't stick.
- 4
Stir-fry shredded onions and bean sprouts with oil.
- 5
Then add the shrimp; I cut the shrimp a little.
- 6
Then add the eggs.
- 7
Add the sections of green onion. Originally, garlic sprouts were supposed to be used, but they weren't bought, so green onion sections were used instead.
- 8
Add the thin noodles, prepare the sauce first, a little soy sauce, oyster sauce, and MSG.
- 9
Stir-fry, it's better to use chopsticks.
- 10
All done!
