Stomach-Nourishing Diet Therapy—Pork Tripe Stewed with He Shou Wu
A stomach-nourishing medicinal stew: a cleaned whole pork tripe is stuffed with He Shou Wu root and fennel seeds, then slow-cooked for hours so the broth turns mellow, herbal and restorative.

You can choose a small pig's stomach. Wash it once with flour, then wash it again with salt. The fat inside the pig's stomach can be cut off, and finally rinse it clean. Put Polygonum multiflorum and fennel into the pig's stomach. Add 1500 grams of water.

It is best to simmer it on medium heat in a clay pot for an hour and a half. I don't have a clay pot at home, so I ended up using a pressure cooker and cooked it for 50 minutes. You can eat the pork tripe and drink the soup.

It can only be taken in the morning for the most noticeable effect.
