Su-style Taro Leaves Wrapped Pork Elbow
Silky perilla leaves wrap thick rounds of sliced pork elbow, layered with colorful pepper confetti and a custom dipping sauce for an interactive, herbaceous eating experience.
Instructions
- 1

One cooked pork knuckle.
- 2

Cut into large round slices.
- 3

Wash perilla leaves repeatedly.
- 4

Place some perilla leaves at the bottom of the plate, put the pork knuckle on the perilla leaves, sprinkle with parsley garlic salt, and then sprinkle diced bell peppers on the pork knuckle as a garnish.
- 5

These are chopped garlic, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped yellow bell pepper.
- 6

The homemade dipping sauce is very fragrant.
- 7

All kinds of ingredients are complete, and you can use perilla leaves to wrap the meat and dip sauce (eat two meals a day, the afternoon sunlight is relatively weak).
- 8

Take a slice of perilla leaf, place it on a large piece of pork knuckle, add chopped bell peppers and minced garlic, and finally wrap it with the dipping sauce. It's incredibly fragrant when you eat it!
