Sugar-free crispy toast, I won't allow you to have never tried it since it's so healthy
Sugar-free crispy toast brings high-gluten flour, water and yeast together and is baked until golden and fragrant. Perfect with tea or as a snack.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2

Put all ingredients except the butter into a food processor and blend until it forms a dough.
- 3

Then add the softened butter and continue kneading until a thick membrane forms.
- 4

After taking out the dough and shaping it slightly, place it in a container and ferment at 35 degrees until it doubles in size.
- 5

If the dough does not shrink back when poked, it means the fermentation was successful.
- 6

After fermentation is complete, take out the dough and press it to release the air. Then divide it into three portions, let them rest for 20 minutes, roll each portion into a rectangle, and then roll them up and place them into molds.
- 7

Ferment until 80% full, preheat the oven to 210°C, bake with steam for 15 minutes, then turn off the top heat, change the bottom heat to 180°C, and bake for another 25-28 minutes.
