Super Easy Homemade Chopped Chili Sauce
Only salt, sugar and patience stand between fresh chopped peppers and this punchy jarred condiment, which develops full flavor after three days in the fridge.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the fresh chili peppers clean, wipe off the moisture, and make sure they are free of water and oil.
- 2

Chop the chili into small pieces.
- 3

Ginger and garlic are minced separately.
- 4

Put the chili, garlic, and ginger all into the bowl.
