Super Fragrant Tender Meat Sauce

A family-friendly meat sauce where minced pork is simmered with diced carrot and potato until velvety, delivering mild savory flavor and soft texture suited to young children's rice bowls.

Instructions

  1. 1

Minced meat, add cooking wine, oyster sauce, and a small amount of water to marinate for more than five minutes. For those who are not confident in stir-frying meat, you can also choose to add a small amount of starch and mix it evenly before cooking.

  2. 2

Cut the carrots and potatoes into small cubes, adjusting the size according to your own baby's situation.

  3. 3

Use a cold pan and cold oil, add the minced meat, and slowly stir-fry over low heat until the meat turns completely white and is cooked through. Once cooked, remove from the pan.

  4. 4

Heat the oil, stir-fry the carrots, you can use more oil, the carrots must have plenty of oil, and it's best when the fried oil turns orange. After frying, strain out the carrots.

  5. 5

If there is leftover oil from stir-frying the carrots, use this oil to continue stir-frying the diced potatoes. If there is no leftover oil, use new oil to fry the potatoes. Add oyster sauce to the potatoes, add water, and stew until the potatoes are soft. Reduce the sauce, or you can choose to reduce the sauce using a microwave, which works just as well.

  6. 6

Heat oil in a wok, then pour in half a bag of sweet bean paste, one-third of a bag of ketchup, and a tablespoon of sugar. Keep the heat moderate to avoid burning, and stir-fry these three ingredients until well combined. Add the minced meat and stir-fry, then add diced carrots and diced potatoes in sequence and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add crushed peanuts and stir-fry a couple of times before serving.
