Sweet and Sour Apple Sauce (Bread Maker Version)
Apples and lemon are pureed with a splash of cooled boiled water, then left to a bread machine's jam cycle that finishes with a drizzle of honey.
Instructions
- 1

One apple is about 500g, one lemon (only half is used).
- 2

Peel the apple and cut the lemon.
- 3

Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces, remove the seeds from the lemon and take the pulp.
- 4

Put the prepared apples and lemons into the blender.
- 5

Add 40ml of cool boiled water and mash it into a puree.
- 6

Put the fruit puree, granulated sugar, and rock sugar into the bread machine, and start the 'jam' function.
- 7

Add an appropriate amount of honey 5 minutes before the "jam" function ends.
- 8

After it cools, pour it into a clean container.
- 9

Spread it on the steamed bun, and the bun instantly becomes meaningful~
