Sweet and Sour Cherry Radish
Cherry radishes are carved into charming flower blossoms and dressed in a tangy sweet-and-sour glaze, turning a simple root vegetable into an eye-catching appetizer.
Instructions
- 1
Wash the cherry radishes clean.
- 2
Cut the cherry radish in a circle from the middle, only able to cut halfway.
- 3
At the end with the long leaves, cut a hash (#) shape, only cutting down to the line drawn in step 2, that is, halfway.
- 4
Remove the excess around the edges, and that's the mushroom's stem.
- 5
Remove the leather from under the umbrella handle and shape it into a circle.
- 6
Conversely, use a knife to shave off some circular pieces of skin from the mushroom cap.
- 7
Add the remaining scraps, white sugar, and white vinegar, and mix well.
