Sweet and sour garlic cloves
Whole garlic cloves take a long sweet-sour bath of double vinegars with sugar and a pinch of salt, mellowing over fifteen days into a milder, amber-tinged table condiment.
Instructions
- 1

Peel the garlic and cut off the black tips, wash it thoroughly, and dry it with kitchen paper.
- 2

Put the refrigerator and ginger slices into a clean large glass jar or sealed jar.
- 3

Put the dried garlic cloves into a jar and pour in the aged vinegar.
- 4

Then pour in the white vinegar.
- 5

Add 1 spoon of salt.
- 6

Cover the lid, shake it a little, and leave it in a cool place to stand for more than 15 days.
- 7

The time for sweet and sour garlic cloves has come, and the cloves have already started to change color.
- 8

Completed.
