Sweet and sour juicy prawns
Marinated prawns are boiled briefly, plunged into ice water, then left to soak up a sweet-and-sour sauce crowded with onion, cilantro and chili.
Instructions
- 1

The main materials used.
- 2

Clean the shrimp and place them in a bowl. Add chopped green onions, shredded ginger, cooking wine, and pepper, then mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
- 3

Cut the onion and ginger into thin strips, chop the cilantro and green onions into sections, and cut the chili and garlic into small pieces.
- 4

Add water to a pot, and once boiling, add the marinated shrimp. Bring the water to a boil again and cook for 2 minutes.
- 5

Dip it into ice water to chill for a while.
- 6

Remove the shrimp and drain the water, then place them in a large bowl.
- 7

Pour in the side dishes.
- 8

Add the sauce that hasn’t soaked the ingredients, and mix well.
- 9

Marinate for more than an hour; the longer the time, the more flavorful it becomes.
- 10

Just arrange it on a plate simply when eating.
- 11

The prawns are fresh, tasty, and pleasantly chewy, full of flavor, and delicious.
