Sweet and sour pickled radish — crispy and delicious, can eat two bowls of rice at once
Twenty-four hours in brewed vinegar and sugar transform salted radish batons into glassy, crackling ribbons famously paired with bowls upon bowls of rice.
Instructions
- 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2

Wash the white radish, peel it, and cut it into long strips.
- 3

Put the cut radish strips into a bowl, season with salt and marinate for 20 minutes, then pour out the liquid that has been drawn out.
- 4

Then pour CUCU original vinegar (boiled pickling smoked version) and an appropriate amount of sugar into a bowl, mix well, and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 24 hours.
- 5

The very crispy and tangy sweet and sour pickled radish is beautifully plated and served.
