Sweet and sour young ginger
Blushing ginger slices, pressed of their juice after salting, steep in a jar of dissolved sugar and vinegar, turning rosy, tender, and pleasantly sharp.
Instructions
- 1

Material picture. Wash the young ginger in advance, let it cool and dry, and wash and dry the bottle for soaking ginger in advance. You can also use a storage box.
- 2

Pour the vinegar into a bottle, add sugar, and shake it to dissolve the sugar.
- 3

Cut the young ginger into thin slices, as thin as possible.
- 4

Add salt and mix evenly.
- 5

After marinating for a short while, squeeze out the ginger juice. Don't waste the squeezed ginger juice either; it's great for grilling meat or making soup.
- 6

Place the squeezed ginger slices in a jar, cover it, and put it in the refrigerator. It can be eaten after 8 hours.
