Sweet fermented dough pancake
Sweet fermented dough pancake: flour, warm water and yeast in a few quick steps, baked until light, fluffy and golden.
Instructions
- 1

In ordinary flour, add 120g of warm water and 2g of yeast to form a dough, cover it, and let it ferment in a warm place.
- 2

Add 200g of flour to the well-fermented dough.
- 3

Then add 80g of sugar.
- 4

Add 50g of cooking oil.
- 5

Then add 50g of warm water and knead into a dough.
- 6

After letting it rest for 20 minutes, take out an equal portion, and flatten it by pressing and rolling.
- 7

Press on the pattern (or leave it unpressed), and let it rest and rise again.
- 8

This is the dough that has been proofed.
- 9

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, place the baking tray inside, and bake at 190 degrees on both top and bottom for 10 minutes.
- 10

The baked cake is soft, with a fragrant and sweet taste.
- 11

Even when eaten cold, it's not hard (each pancake is measured individually, they are equal in quantity, but the shapes are different, it feels like the ones at the front are bigger and those at the back are a bit smaller).
