The typhoon is coming, drink a pot of chicken feet soup, we can't afford to buy vegetables.
A thrifty typhoon-day chicken feet soup simmered with rehydrated shiitake and skinless peanuts, skimmed carefully and finished low and slow for a sticky, gelatinous, comforting broth.
Instructions
- 1

Get the chicken feet ready; I have already blanched them once.
- 2

Soak shiitake mushrooms and peanuts in water. Because I want them to soak quickly, I used hot water, and the peanuts need to be peeled.
- 3
Prepare the ingredients, then just add water and boil.
- 4

When cooking, these white things appear, and I always scoop them out out of habit. I do the same when eating hot pot.
- 5
Remember to cook it on low heat at the end, and then it's done.
